Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern billing, subscriptions, renewals and refunds for the Executive Hunter platform.

1. Subscription Fees

Executive Hunter is provided as a subscription service. All subscription fees are billed in advance and grant access to the platform for the selected billing period. Access to the service is valid only for the period that has been paid.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected during purchase. Annual subscriptions may include discounted pricing compared to monthly plans.

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal will be charged using the same payment method originally provided.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, the system may retry the charge automatically. Access to the service may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. Continued non-payment may result in account termination.

5. Upgrades

If a customer upgrades to a higher plan during an active billing cycle, the change takes effect immediately. The price difference may be calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remaining billing period.

6. Downgrades

Downgrades to a lower plan will take effect at the next billing cycle. The current subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Executive Hunter does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or early cancellation.

8. Pricing Changes

Executive Hunter reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Customers will receive reasonable prior notice before any pricing changes take effect.

9. Taxes

Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes. Any required taxes will be applied according to the customer’s billing jurisdiction.
