1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Executive Hunter you agree to use the platform solely for lawful executive recruitment purposes. Access is granted to your organisation only and may not be shared or resold to third parties.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are paid in full at the start of the billing period. Prices are displayed excluding applicable taxes, which may vary by jurisdiction.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused time on annual plans.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Executive Hunter does not store, access, or process your card details directly. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

5. Data & Privacy

Candidate and company data you enter into Executive Hunter remains your property. We process this data only to provide the service and will never sell it to third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to store unlawfully obtained data, send unsolicited communications, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

Executive Hunter is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Executive Hunter is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
