On the Partner Program page, professionals such as recruitment consultants, LinkedIn creators, industry advisors, or business introducers can submit the “Apply to the Partner Program” form.
Once submitted, the application enters our system with a Pending status. At this stage, the applicant does not yet receive a referral link or referral code.
From the admin panel, the Executive Hunter team reviews each application individually. Once approved, the system automatically:

Each partner receives one unique referral link that can be shared with any number of agencies or contacts.
The same link can be used indefinitely across LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites, newsletters, direct introductions, or private networks.
When an agency clicks the partner’s referral link, the system records that the agency arrived through that specific partner. This attribution is stored in the agency’s browser using a tracking cookie that remains active for 60 days.
Example: agency clicks today and subscribes after 50 days → commission is credited. Agency subscribes after 70 days → attribution expires.
If the agency purchases an Executive Hunter subscription within the 60-day attribution window, the system automatically links that agency to the referring partner. At the same time:
From that point onward, the partner earns 30% recurring commission on every successful subscription payment made by the referred agency. This is not a one-time payout — as long as the agency remains an active customer, the partner continues earning recurring commissions.
Example: if the agency remains subscribed for 3 years, the partner continues receiving commissions for the entire 3-year period.
Newly generated commissions initially remain in a Pending state for 7 days. This security window exists to protect against refunds or failed payments. After 7 days, the commission automatically becomes Payable.
At present, payouts are processed manually via bank transfer. Automated payouts may be introduced in the future.

Partners can request their dashboard access link at any time directly from the Partner Program page. Simply enter the same email address used during the application process, and the system will automatically send a new personal dashboard link.
For privacy and security reasons, the system always displays the same confirmation message regardless of whether the email address exists in the database.
