ReferOn turns candidate references into verified, scored and auditable hiring intelligence — built into every Executive Hunter plan.
The agent decides. Referon informs.
Reference checking is often the least verified step in recruitment. Traditional reference checks rely on phone calls and subjective feedback, copy-paste feedback, and a folder no one reopens. The most consequential signal in a senior placement decision — what the people who actually worked with this candidate think — is reduced to a formality.
ReferOn turns reference checking into structured, verifiable evidence. Requests go out automatically. Responses are collected through a controlled flow. Multi-layer referee verification — Referee identity verification, response analysis, email validation and fraud detection controls, and more — identify suspicious referee behaviour and potential reference fraud: the referee who answers from the same IP as the candidate, the response that mirrors the candidate's own writing voice, the personal Gmail address dressed as a corporate one.
Each reference is then scored across five hiring dimensions: Competence, Leadership, Reliability, Culture Fit, and Communication. Results generate a candidate Reputation Index from 0 to 100, paired with a Hiring Recommendation. Every signal is permanently logged. Nothing can be deleted. Included as part of the Executive Hunter platform — Executive Hunter includes it.
Multi-layer referee verification catches fake referees and coordinated responses before they reach you — including IP correlation, writing-style analysis, professional email validation, response timing and semantic depth.
A 0–100 Reputation Index built from five rated dimensions: Competence, Leadership, Reliability, Culture Fit, and Communication — paired with a clear Hiring Recommendation.
Every reference, every score, every signal — logged forever, never editable. A defensible, timestamped record of due diligence on every senior placement.
