Owner Area & Agent Permissions

Two buildings, not one room

Two distinct environments, not one workspace with role overlays. The Owner sees the agency end to end. Agents see their searches. Access opens and closes on your terms.

Our principle

Separation is the architecture. Not a setting.

The agency, on your terms.

Most platforms run on one workspace with role overlays. Owner and agent see the same screens, with a few permissions toggled on or off. The boundary is a checkbox — and the moment that checkbox is misconfigured, the entire commercial layer of the agency is exposed.

Executive Hunter runs on two distinct environments. The Owner Area is the agency end to end — every search, every agent, every placement, every fee. The Agent Area is the search the agent owns. Two screens. Two scopes. No accidental overlap.

On top of that, every agent's access is scheduled. Access opens and closes on your terms — by the hour, by the day. Agent off for the weekend? Access closes Friday at 18:00, reopens Monday at 09:00. Agent on a notice period? Access expires the day they leave. Agent newly onboarded? Access opens only after the contract is signed.

Competitors run one room with locks on the doors. Executive Hunter runs two buildings.
